JUST A WILL TO BE BETTER. I HAVE BEEN DOING EVERYTHING MY WHOLE LIFE HALF HEARTED AND I THINK IT IS BECAUSE OF MY SELF ESTEM SO I WANT TO IMPROVE ME.
Why I Love It:
IT SEEMS TO BE A SOLID RELEASE FOR ME. IM IN A TUFF SPOT AND IT GIVES ME AN OUT.
How I Stay Motivated:
I LOOK AROUND. I HAVE A GOOD FRIEND IN THE SERVICE WHO COULDENT DEPLOY WITH ME WHO IS AN AVID POWER LIFTER, AND HE GAVE ME ALL THAT I COULD EVER USE. NOT TO MENTIONTHE FACT THAT MY FATHER WAS A BODYBUILDER. BOTH HAVE A GREAT MENTAL STATE. AND ALL THE GUYS IN THE GYM HERE SEEM VERY MOTIVATED AND THAT IS WHAT HELPS ME.
BB Accomplishments:
WELL JUST STARTING I HAVE NO MAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENT TO SPEAK OF I GUESS TO DATE JUST STARTING IS MY BEST ACCOMPLISHMENT.
WHEN I STARTED TWO MONTHS AGO ALL I WANTED WAS MUSCLE. AND NOW IVE KINDA MADE A CHANGE. I REALLY JUST WANT TO BE FIT. I WOULD LIKE TO MABEY DROP TO ABOUT 200 LBS AND HAVE 14 PERCENT BODYFAT OR BELOW BY THE TIME I GO HOME. I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE OFF ABOUT 2 MIN OF MY TWO MILE RUN TIME, AND NOT BE PISSED AT MYSELF WHEN I LOOK IN THE MIRROR.

TRYING TO FIND A GOOD DIET RIGHT NOW ACTUALLY. I AM TRYING TO STAY AWAY FROM ALOT OF CARBS AND SUGARS AND TRYING TO TAKE IN ALOT OF FRUITS VEGTABLES AND PROTEIN.

TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST I DONT DO ALOT OF CARDIO YET.
