awesome progress man . add me to your friends list if you would. your progress is something i want to follow and emulate . i welcome and critique or tips you have I can also be reached at doobzkhq@gmail.com. great pecs , whats your routine like?
Hey, we all get unmotivated at one time or another - I bet even the biggest, most hard core guys out there feel the need to take a break now and then.
I think the best way to get over it is to just start working out again - remind yourself why you like it. I wouldn't worry too much about losing size right now - when you get back into the gym both the size and strength will come back quickly.
Hang in there - stay active, enjoy summer - and get back in the gym when you are ready!
Sorry to hear about your injury - but the good news is that you will reach that goal. Remember that saying, "what doesn't kill us makes us stronger" and I will add, "but be smart about it." Hang in there and(I know you're probably tired of hearing this), be careful not to re-injure yourself.
wow your lifts are pretty good, and i think you should look into competition training, you got a natural look, and with the right training you could go far in body building expecially since you are so young.
Everyone hits a plateau now and then - don't let it discourage you. When's the last time you changed your routine some? I find that shaking things up a bit usually helps get past a sticking point - like switching to lower weights/higher reps for a week or two and then going back to the heavy lifting. What kind of benching routine are you doing now?
Great progress in a short time - it's interesting that your brother got you started (mine would never work out with me) and I bet he's proud of your progress too. Keep up the good work. I think you have the potential to be as big and strong as you want to be! And that you'll hit 300 lbs in the bench easily by the end of the school year.
