12 days away from first show...spent the weekend training while im sure others took it off. this is how i get a head start on the competiton

Background
Started out wanting to bust an ex's nose. once i started i kept returning, & had forgotten why, i just kept going with effortless will. when i first bit back excruciating pain with a smile, i knew this was for me.
it's an art of never ending creation. i can train my body to behave and act in anway and mold it into sculpted perfection. Nothings set in stone when im the artist and the model. and nothing but my own reflection and my eyes can critique. body building or even maintaining is someting i can always be proud of.

Posted in Training : Nov 28, 2011 7:27pmso in my training i incorporate both anerobic and aerobic styles influenced by my tumbling and gymnastics back ground; and today for the second time in a row doing round-off back handsprings at my club, iv found a way to bendmyself outta shape, if thats a pun excuse it, id like to think im funny lol.
first on saturday i tried doing them in a contained space with a resonable size crash mat. apparently due to my new confidence with my boss and level three gymnastics coach watching, I launched myself over the mat and 'jammed' my ankle. needless to say i was pissed but iced i
