Background

When I Started: Jun 2009
HOW I STARTED:

Cutting foods i new was bad for me and walking. Then began running and as i built stamina ran faster and longer periods. Then joined ballys gym, did cardio 3-5 times a week and fixed my diet up and a year later im bulking.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Love to push my body and see how it changes over time. It still amazes me what the human body can endure and the transformation ive gone through.
