Goal (Long):
I've been lifting and working out for a long time, although not competitively (needless to say). I just want to keep improving and making progress in as many ways and areas as I can. I'm not really into the idea of training to compete, or to impress anyone else, it's totally for me. Although way back in the beginning, it was about vanity and impressing girls, and other guys I suppose. My other interests like guitar and bands, fishing and kayaking are also sort of limiting factors on what I can invest in training in terms of time, money, energy and everything else. So my goal is to keep on track and not get injured. Keep getting stronger and leaner, keep refining the physique. My approach is unorthodox in some ways but it works for me.
