started when i was 15 always been chubby so i tried lifting been off and on threw the years

another month done  another to bring the heat at the gym training is going good  on track to reach my goal  of 175 by april 15 my birthday will be 42 years old and will be in the best shape of my life  thanks for the support it truly does help will post update pics when i get to 180  thanks again  and lets go 09

well the new year  has began and im  on track on vacca this week so i got the time to update and use this site to help me reach my goals  june 08 i was 237 im now 192 and still have a way to go but i know and feel im on the right path  its all about  staying on track if  i fall off its right back on not like before when i fell off i was off for awhile thats why i didnt get the results i wanted  feel good today  will update in a month
