I was tired of being weak, so I just decided that I was going to join a gym.
Why I Love It:
It makes you stronger and healthier. Its also a good stress relief.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just think about how it benefits me and how far I have come since I first stepped in the gym.
BB Accomplishments:
I went from benching 70lbs to 200lbs. In my mind thats an accomplishment because I was always the weakest person, but now I am one of the strongest pound for pound.

My goal is to just be as healthy as possible. I want to add some pounds, increase my strength, increase my endurance, and this will help me live a healthier lifestyle.
Well I have been going to the gym steady now for quite some time which is a good thing. The problem is that I seem to have lost intensity in my workouts. I ordered some supplements today and got a new routine that I will be using. I am going to up my intensity and see what happens...
