theonlyant Cutting is going great, thanks! My protein intake is high enough that i'm not super hungry, but i'm ready for my next mean when it comes around haha. Here's an article that really helped me add weight: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/dr-jim-stoppanis-8-nutrition-rules-building-maximum-muscle.html. I've always had a hard time putting on weight. lunchbreak Yeah forced surplus can be a grind after a while. SL 5x5 is a great place to start, I used it until recently when it got too much for my crappy recovery ability. You should create a journal, it's great to get feedback and to look back at the progress. :) Mar 13, 2013 6:37pm

iamhewhois hiya mate, 5x5 is good,tried it before bur couldnt stay on track,always had some energy left so would end up doing some more, not worked out for 2 years now but i'll be doing5day bodyparts split, made redundant not long back so have te time now, and less money to spend on alcohol, which is always my downfall, hows the lexsurf doing, is it really worth the money having it done? mine is just standard but i go shooting in it and its gone everywhere me mates disco's gone and he has muds on:-) Feb 27, 2013 6:02am
