When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
I have been lifting weights on and off for a long time, though I have been too fat to see any results, the only results I went by was strength gains. My ex just broke up with me also, making me relize in order to get back in the "game" I need to change!
Why I Love It:
Working out relieves stress and gives you a feeling of accomplishment..I use it to meditate.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everyone I work with is telling me that I am losing weight all the time, also the prgress pictures I take motivate me in a way that I know I can change.
This picture was taken when I just returned from a cruise ( and if you have ever been on a cruise, you know how hard it is not to indulge of foods ) I decided to make a change .. Weighing in at 245 pounds
Up until Mid March i was going good on my diet then quit and began eating whatever I wanted and drinking alot. I gained 7 pound back and decided to start my diet again 3 weeks ago, I am 194lbs as of today. I want to cut weight until September then I can start a clean bulking phase to add on some muc ...
LOL - I've never had a bulking phase - its hard for me to gain - about the only think I count is protein - and I shoot for 200+ per day! I'd love to get 300, but I can't eat that much! Thanks!!!
Wow what a difference you have accomplished. Looking good. Yeah been going 6-7days a week trying to get some cardio in their now to speed up the process a little bit.
Haha, trust me... I weigh 148! But thanks a bunch for the comment! :)
You've come a long way, keep it up! You've lost almost 40lbs in 2months... that is very impressive!
