Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I did have a knee injury (due to overuse) I didn't tear anything (thank god) but I was down for a good 2 weeks with very limited use/range of motion. It hurt like hell to even squat to use the toilet...more

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30 minutes to 1 minute on my 8 - 12 rep range day and 1 - 2 minutes on my 6 rep heavy days.
