My name is James Flex Lewis im from Wales, which is the country next to England- UK.
Im currently the Undfeated amature Champion having competed in the Jnr u21 ranks winning 9-9 titles including the Universe at the age of 20.
I came to USA to follow a dream and make it a reality, i came here with alot of drive and determination to prove something to myself and others, i had no money and knew just 3 people 3years later is different i have a beautiful home, car and girlfriend, i worked very hard for it and when others would of fallen i got stonger as i could see the finish line.
Signing with Weider and KNS was my highlight but if anything now i have more to prove........
I beleieve that if you truely want something in life you can get it, its applying posative mentality to your chosen desire, use me as an example for this, and go get what you want in life today!

Hi, I want to gain muscle mass on me right now I weight 175lbs and would like to get up to 195lbs. What training program would you recommend heavy or light and what is a good supplement stack to get me that much closer to my goal?

Just want to say congrats at Olympia. Your legs (especally hamstrings), are a force to be reckoned with! Keep up the great work. Holding your own against people like David Henry is amazing. Good luck, and keep it up, your def an inspiration to your fan club haha.
