When I Started:
1993
How I Started:
Being a skinny kid at school was not a great feeling although being good at martial arts, athletics and various sports helped keep my body well defined ... I was described as having that Bruce Lee look .. which was nice, but not what I wanted .... eventually after years of training badly and listening to very poor advice from uneducated trainers I eventually found a path that worked best for me ... and when I started to see the results and feel better in my own skin I took off with it ....
Why I Love It:
I LOVE the feeling of training hard and getting results through physical transformation ... I feel good in body and mind and when I'm like this negativity cannot get in! I REFUSE!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is not a problem really, I LOVE the feeling of training hard and getting results through physical transformation ... and yes, I'm allergic to baggy clothes... tops specifically ... sad or bad?
BB Accomplishments:
At the moment it's to put on mass and stay as defined as possible ... keep on top of the eating... 8-10 times a day can at times be a struggle ...
Moving to Norway soon and will be working as a Personal Trainer, so all of this will help me stay focused ....
I am looking to gain more muscle and stay as defined as possible ... I will have more focus and time when I get back to the UK and Leave Afghan behind me!!
Goal (Long):
I have just served 6 months in Afghanistan .. literally due to fly home within hours ... I'm sat here thinking about my bodybuilding goals and I've decided that my 1st cycle of approx 8-12 weeks is gonna be just smash the gym, the protien, the carbs, the vitamins and just go for mass and thickness .... watch this space!!
Once I have got that thickness and strength I'm looking for then I'll start to carve it up and start getting ready for my next military courses with the 1st being in Sept .. A huge amount of Cardio will be required for me to obtain the fitness required to pass the Royal Commandos course AND my Corporals Cadre .. again ... watch this space!!!
When they are done I hope to stack the weight back on again so that I can continue to be the Scary PTI (Physical Training Instructor)for my company .... they love me really .... (no they dont) no honestly they do hahahaha!!

Bodyfat Goal:
Upcoming Contest:
No comps in mind ... maybe 12 months from now?? Must concentrate on upcoming Military Courses
Tonis dedication to keep training through and over come lifes little obstacles daily, and still be able to maintain and build on her already awesome physique is reason enough .... Keep doing what your doing Toni ...
Description: A short vid of Ben, Dan and myself training at a gym in Gloucester ... this is week 3 day 1 and we've made some strength gains already, but we know that this is where the hardwork begins .
Ok I'm roughly settled into a good routine, when I 1st got back from Afghan I kept training with the old routine which was basically whatever I could get my hands on and making a program from it ...
