i'm gonna be drafting you a diet list of things to buy and eat so that you can burn off more fat that way as well. i'll email it after i write it up. this will decrease your bodyfat rapidly while keeping your muscle.

believe it or not the body needs to break out once in a while and eat something we were used to. it will drive the brain crazy if you don't but you feel the urge to. don't get crazy on me like the college kids and eat a whole pzza though. lol.

lol. ok just checking first tho. keep up the kickbacks and squats. those are the glute blasters. how is the workout going this week? this should've been your second full week. only 10 left to go.

not to seem rude or anything but your glutes seem to developing well also. remember to flex your glutes at the top of the squat, deadlift and leg kickback. thats very important. we are doing a competition in 08 so lets get it tight.

lol. actually they should take longer than that at first. make sure you pace yourself. start with 2.5mins max for rest in between sets. reduce 20 secs per week until its 45-60 secs rest in between sets total. and even i hate cardio.

yeah soreness is sure to be something new. but don't take it as a measurement. sometimes you won't even feel the pain after the workouts when your body gets used to pushing hard. so how do feel about the workout as a whole?

lol. well not really. the crazy thing that i noticed when i first started training people 3 yrs ago, was that the first day they worked out with me was the biggest change that they had noticed. i seriously changed the way people looked and felt in one workout. you should look and feel very different right now.
