Hi Flex! The workshop went great! I thought you were mad at me for referring some girls to you :X I will not say anything anymore, i think you have your hands full as it is. I am taking new progress pics tomorrow and will email you then. Also i need to email you the workout chart like you asked, i almost forgot about that. TTYL, gotta take my girls to their hip hop dance classes.

Oh and i also signed up for the figure workshop i was telling you about. I go this Saturday, its 8 hrs long and its going to explain a lot about figure comps, makeup, tanning, posing & presentation, sponsorship, suits, etc. I'm excited and will be taking notes :)

Eating has been kinda off for the past 2 weeks so hopefully that doesn't mess me up too bad.Just the weekends are getting me.I'm promising myself that will not happen again this weekend.I'm up 1.5lbs from last week. I'm about to update my weight, i only do measurements about every 2-4 weeks.

Training is going great!I don't have a D bar though, but i made it work with another attachment i had.I am so goofy, i was noticing at the end of the previous week that i was not rotating workouts like you indicated.I am doing it right now though.

Going good Planing my spring break getaway with the family:) And Just finished registering my girls in soccer again.

Looking forward to the list of fat burning foods! Today is a refeed day for me, lets see if i can control the fat intake today, i always seem to go over 5-8% of what i'm supposed to have. Ok, going to go food shopping now! TTYL!

But...i did do 1 hour on the elliptical on Saturday night to help burn off some of that asian food and drinking lots of water to flush out the sodium.

Its going great so far! I'm getting used to the jumproping, but of course i don't "love" it...LOL. Lifting is good and i really feel in in the upper body, well all over. I am posting new progress pics tomorrow or Tuesday. I was bad and ate at the chinese buffet on Saturday, hope i didn't wreck my progress.
