guest Hey man, Just wanted to say thanks for the info on Exertional Headaches you posted some time ago. Same thing happened to me in the middle of deadlifts and squats. The intense pain in the back of the head and neck. I do occasionaly hold my breath briefly to do that last rep and thats more then likely what is causing it.. Do you know if AAKG or No2 products aggrivate this? Anyways I will breathe and see if it continues. Thank you! Nov 13, 2009 6:08pm

hercules71185 If you are in a plane crash I'd advise you to jump out. Open your lat wings and glide to safety. Sick back, how do you get your lats like that?
