I was watching some woman's workout tv show at like 7 am jerking off when i was 17. I thought, wow, these chicks are hot. So I started doing some of the exercises then progressed to a gym.
Why I Love It:
It really takes the edge off me and gives me a good feeling.
How I Stay Motivated:
Honestly, the best way is to take pictures . seeing pictures of yourself is the best way to keep motivated. Mirrors, seeing veins bulging out of me keeps me pushing, the more veins I see the harder I lift.

I curled 1000 lbs with one arm!!!!!!!!

Ok so I went to the gym, did my arms although I was a total vagina. My curls dropped down 80 lbs. Although, I did go at a speed of 3 seconds up and 3 seconds down with my scapula retracted the entire time. It gonna take a while to get back but I didn't feel any pain. I just hope tomorrow...
