Thanks for stopping by and the inspirational words you left. It is people like you that give me inspiration when I feel negative about my progress. Hey Greg, thanks for stopping by. Man we seem like we have the same schedules or something. Always busy and trying to fit workouts in between. :-) I'm doing pretty good lately on diet, even though the holidays are here. I am actually down to 154lbs, but I don't want to loose any more. I am loosing fat and not muscle, but the fat is leaving quicker than the muscle is growing. It's always something..LOL :-)

Well I have been on the new diet that the nutritionist gave us a couple of months ago and I am dropping weight. Thats good, but I want to add muscle still too! I guess I'll take what I can when I can. So how is your progress going?

Not much going on. My wife and I have slacked a bit on the gym, but trying to get some lifting done here at home anyways..I have 3 weeks vacation coming up mid December, so I can get back on track then. How bout yourself?

Hey Glen.. I have been working on these rentals we have and between working nights and the rentals, I barely have time to do the other things I enjoy. Hopefully that will change soon and I can get back on track. You look like making some progress there! I can see more definition and looking tighter too!

Thanks bro... I have been pretty busy lately with some rentals that we have, so I have not been diligent to my workouts and I hate that!!! I am still loosing weight under 160 now but I want to see more lean muscle definition. Maybe I can get my wife to take some new pictures this weekend. I can take some of her too!

Your coming along pretty good from starting out at 250!!! I was pretty much in the same situation as you and I have the same problem as you too. EXCESS SKIN. Cardio Cardio Cardio seems to help, so just keep up the good work and don't stop!
