To have a leaner body, by loosing the extra fat and defining the muscle areas that are hiding somewhere. Being fit will help prevent aches and pains, allow me to do more physically, and live a healthier lifestyle. Besides my wife gives me more attention, which is a good thing!!!! ;-)
Just check his profile out, that says it all. Sixty one years old with a physique that any man would be proud to have, at any age!. I am both honored as well as humbled by your words. I thank you for taking the time to write and to say the things you did. I consider you to be a man of courage, because it takes courage to push yourself to places that you have never been before. To test your limits. To break through barriers.
Your body shows that you have done and are continuing to do all of these.
I consider you to be an inspiration to many others.
Stay strong.
What a great role model and example you are. Going from where you were, and not that long ago, to where you are today shows tremendous determination and strength of spirit. I congratulate you on all your efforts. You not only talk the talk but also definitely walk the walk. You are a fantastic inspiration to so many others.
