How I Started:
Well I copped allot of shi#t for being unfit and i was abit chubby back then, so i decided that i would prove everyone wrong and improve 100% for next footy season.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because i love the pump afterwards and the feeling that i accomplished something, it's given me allot more self confidence and improved my physical performance through the roof.
How I Stay Motivated:
Sometimes I look back on photos of me before I started bodybuilding and it motivates me to do my workouts, also watching other bodybuilders push themselves to their limits in the gym is also motivating. I guess it makes me try harder to be more like them.
BB Accomplishments:
dropped my bodyfat % by a huge margin

If you play a sport, you push yourself. If you have exams, you dont cheat. If you work, there are rules that you must abide by. Why wouldn't these statements exist in a gym? A gym isn't a playground so don't F#^$ around.

I want to get to 8% bodyfat while also maintaining or Increasing muscle mass.
Goal (Long):
At first i just wanted to get HUGE compared to everyone else so i ate big and got big in a matter of months. I did it to improve my footy game which it did and i got allot of priase for it, but i found i wasn't as agile compared too many other people and I thought maybe i wasn't lean enough but it seemed impossible to lose my bodyfat (I had no idea what I was doing anyway back then) and it wasnt until I fractured my skull about 2-3 month's ago (around November the 20th last year) that i lost allot off weight and realised I could capitalize on this, make a negative thing a positive thing and improve on my body physique so ever since then i have been trying to reach a bodyfat of 8%, look lean and look good.
