How I Started:
Well I knew I was getting older, started to feel it too, I had to do something then I got offered a comp membership so I thought might aswell try it out, got a trainer and now I am hooked !
Why I Love It:
I just love the feeling you get after the workout, so strong and pumped, I have never felt strong in my life before ! I just love it. The view isn't so bad either lol.
How I Stay Motivated:
How could I not, It is great to feel good, I enjoy going to gym and love the high I get from working my butt off !
BB Accomplishments:
Well I am up around 9kgs from where I started about a year ago so its going well, I hope to hit my goal weight of 90kgs by the end of the year !
I am sick of being thin, I want to have a fit looking body, and feel good about myself.
I want to work hard and achieve good results from it, no slacking staying focused and achieveing my goal. 90kgs here we come !
Well have been on my PT's diet for three days now, feels great although I am craving sugar a bit and do I miss milk oh boy do I ! but its all for the best I am sure, I cant not follow the diet and complain I havent got results so I am following it to the letter, lost of chicken, beef and...
Thanks for the comment...dude your funny. Stay in the gym and don't let the crowd get to you. They will all be gone after a while...or at least I hope so. The gym tends to have surges like that at different parts of the year.
