velvet5900 Hi Matt! Ken told us you're having second thoughts and don't know if it's worth it, well let me tell you: IT'S SO WORTH IT! I was told by my doctor, that after losing my weight and getting in shape, I may no longer have to take my Blood Pressure and Cholesterol medication! That makes it all worthwhile! Don't give up, join us in the forums, you need to have a support system, because trust me, we've all felt the way you do! DON'T GIVE UP, JUST DO IT! I promise you, you'll be glad you did! MendozaCo Kenny Sent me: Now get up and move!! LOL.. just kidding man. Hey you can do this. The first few days seem so long until the finish line but believe me it comes along very fast. However progression may seem to take foreeeeever. I went 5 weeks without seeing changes I could be proud of. Now at week 11 I wish I had more time. This thing is a life changer. If you want that?
