The Beginning Most Muscular
This was taken when I was first starting out. I was 215 pounds with too much bodyfat. I felt terrible and decided to make a change.
197 pounds, about 12% bodyfat. I'm guessing 10 more pounds to lose then i'll be ready for summer.
