This was taken when I was first starting out.
I was 215 pounds with too much bodyfat.
I felt terrible and decided to make a change.
197 pounds, about 12% bodyfat. I'm guessing 10 more pounds to lose then i'll be ready for summer.

Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Why or why not?
Because they aren't into this at all really, they dont understand.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Have a scheduled cheat meal here and there, take off from a workout here and there, and remember how good it feels to feel and look good.
How many days per week do you do cardio?

I'm glad to hear that you weren't a gymnast and that it's possibly conceivable for me to do those one day - I'll let you know when I get a rep - fully balanced. Thanks man.
