Somewhat low carbs diet.
I've tried to count calories but I's always seems that the portions and calories don't add up! If I take the right portion, the calories are to low... anyways . so I will not count calorie but go with portion. 1/2 or veggies/fruit, 1/4 of protein and 1/4 of carbs or veggie/salad(when low carb)
I will not take any supplement for now. it make me bulk and make the scale goes up!

I'm turning 30 in a couple of months! So I want to be at my best!
I track my tranning in a log and I take picture every week so I can see the difference. I dont use often the weight machine because the number doesn't really tell me my progress! The picture does!
