How I Started:
I started when I met my boyfriend(now my husbandxxx). And I loved it! I like the beauty of the view of a healthy body. I find it more sexy.
Why I Love It:
I love it! For me it's an hobby. I do it because I want to not because I have to. It's a way for me to be alone and concentrate to myself. To have a new goal every week. To prove to myself that change is possible! TO believe in myself. TO accepte myself the way I am!
How I Stay Motivated:
I track my tranning in a log and I take picture every week so I can see the difference. I dont use often the weight machine because the number doesn't really tell me my progress! The picture does!

Goal (Long):
Before I got pregnant I was always active and had a lot of motivations. Now, every time I try a workout i cannot stick with it. I need something new that works. I want to ameliorate my cardio. I want to be able to run 3-4 time a week 30 min outside around 10km. I want my confidence back. I know i can do this in 12 months. And I'll do everything to achive my goal. All I need it's motivation.!
