Goal (Long):
After falling off the fitness wagon I am back and on a mission to finally get this extra weight off and keep it off. I also made a deal with my wife that once I hit my first weight loss goal I can get my first tattoo.
SPIN CLASS!!!! I took my fourth spin class last night....this time with a different instructor...man...there isnt anything like getting your a$$ kicked by a incredibly sexy woman...this chick had me sweating like I was on fire...running for help! I am going to keep hitting these classes as much...
