I was a tri-athlete all through high school, but never big on lifting. Once I got to college, I became very interested in weight lifting and soon became addicted to it.
Why I Love It:
There is no better feeling than seeing your body tightening up, your weights going up, and the compliments that come with it all.
How I Stay Motivated:
Strive for that next weight or that new muscle popping out, week after week.
BB Accomplishments:
dropped from 240-195 in 8 months while increasing strength in every muscle group.

Being only 21, I would like to enter a competition sometime down the road. I definitely have a way to go, but if i keep making the progress I have been and stay dedicated I know I can do it.

I was on that but when I was stacking, I was sweating a lot, had so many stomach aches and other things of that nature.

Ya bro I'm done. Saw some fast gains from it. Pushing 185 now, far way from the 164 I was at from the flu. Not really taking anything right now, friend gave me a tub of NO explode so I'm taking that b/c it was free. Was needing a preworkout supp pretty bad, other than that eating like a cow and taking some creatine
Bulking is going pretty good now that I've got my @ss in gear and started keeping track of everything. Should hit 185 pretty soon, can't weight. Pretty cool you got selected 4 those supps, how long a cycle/cycles will that be?
Awesome man, glad to hear you're digging that supp. And with football...dunno if I'll ever get a cutting season lol, maybe after next season I can give one a try. I'll be trying to bulk to 190 by august to play safety. But ya I love plyos, my new program has me doing rediculously high box jumps, I do them weighted with a 20lb weight vest. Keep up the training man, lets see the cut when it's finished
That is good man. It is going ok, should be better man. Lots of things have come up that I just have not had time to get in a workout, but that changed today. Getting refocused and just hit up some cardio. Going to end off wit ha 20 minute ab session....

Hey bro, could you check out my latest entry on my journal and tell me if you think I overtrained tuesday? I didn't do too many sets for each muscle..but I did chest, bi's, and tri's today. Just wondering if working it all out together could lead to overtraining even though I'm only hitting this workout once a week...sry for the novel lol. Spent a lot of money and making sure I don't waste it.
