How I Started:
I was a whale (about 111kgs - thats 17.5 stone and 40% BF)and didn't decide to do anything about it until i had to pay double fare on aeroplanes! Then i dropped five stone and looked like i was on my way out. It wasn't until i started training that i discovered the path to the end of my life.
Then my eldest daughter made me a Grandpa - twice!! I had to get into gear and shape just to keep up with them.
Why I Love It:
I want to be a muscular, healthy 70 year old!
How I Stay Motivated:
People on this site keep me motivated by their comments and their pictures. I'm going on a fat loss mission for the next three months - circuit training and more cardio!!
