I use Jaime Eason's "Live Fit Trainer" program for my weight loss success. Her daily workouts, nutrition guide, and daily meal plan makes it so easy to follow the program. I successfully lost 20 lbs last year following her program. My profile picture was the after photo. I'm now following it once again.
I workout from home and must improvise some exercises but it all works out.
