My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

Anybody can lose weight.... Just depends own how bad you want it!

I use Jaime Eason's "Live Fit Trainer" program for my weight loss success. Her daily workouts, nutrition guide, and daily meal plan makes it so easy to follow the program. I successfully lost 20 lbs last year following her program. My profile picture was the after photo. I'm now following it once again. 

I workout from home and must improvise some exercises but it all works out.

Review: I was taking amino energy before and I was looking for something with more of a kick. I found Hyper fx and was told its a good product but was strong.... (BINGO) said ill take it and I'm glad I did... I love the taste ( fizz and all). The energy is great and lasts all day which is just what I needed. Will definitely keep buying!
