How I Started:
I was anorexic as a teenager and joined the gym to lose more weight (sick, I know). A woman that worked at my gym showed me a picture of Cory Everson and asked if I liked that physique- I said that I did. She told me what I needed to do in order to get there. Thats where it all started... I changed my focus toward being healthy :) That was 9 years ago!
Why I Love It:
It is a HUGE stress reliever for me, when I train I am so focused and determined, its like there is no one else in the gym but me! I feel so powerful when I lift heavy ass weights and am able to transform my body in ways that I want!
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about other competitors who may step on stage next to me- what they're doing in the gym, how they're not cheating on their diets. It keeps me focused and makes me work harder
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping from 180lbs to 135lbs for my first show... in 5 months.

not sure about the shows. Im guest posing next weekend at Venice Bench for the Muscle Beach Show! then I think off to New Zealand for Pro Fight supps, I think.
Yeah, but I'm the one that SHOULD be dieting, NOT you. You look awesome and very lean! But I always appreciate someone that strives for perfection. If I would do the things that I KNOW I should be doing, I would have already reached my goal :( I will get there, its just gonna take some time...
My ultimate goal?? Hmmm, just be very well defined with as much muscle as will fit on my body, lol. But not over done. I've got to continue cutting for now....hell, maybe forever, I'm not sure, lol. Hope u have a great w/e...have fun..
I hear ya!! Most of the time my body doesn't do what I want it do either. Glad to hear that ur training is going good. Much respect to ya for the double cardio!! Hell ya! Are you gearing up for a comp??
