I started lifting in a friends garage trying to gain some weight.I got more serious as time went on and I have consistently worked out for 15 years now.
Why I Love It:
Working out has often been the only positive thing in my life.I completely changed my appearance and made more gains than I ever expected.

BB Accomplishments:
I weighed 140lbs when I started,the heaviest I've been is 215lbs.I am now a little leaner at 195lbs.So at my heaviest I had gained 75lbs after 7 years of lifting.My all time best bench press is 405lbs,best squat 500lbs & best deadlift 405lbs.I cant lift that heavy now but I'm doing ok for an old man (40).
