I drop weight by running its that simple. You have to have the drive to go out and run. Push threw cramps like you do with reps in the gym its the same concept the results come only if you put in the hard work. If you run 3 miles 5 times a week with a strict bodybuilding routine, protein etc, you should find your self loosing fat and gaining muscle.

run everyday but not hard, i go long distance, mid distance, ill put sprint drills in, and ofcourse polymetriks

ill do a week with gakic then no xplode, i think for me cell tech is the best post drink, its not a pre, it changed me and my friend bob into big bulky kids, then i slimed down during running season.

i would say lift heavy, and not so heavy but with more reps, to ofcourse yes shock your muscles, and the food has to be strict, run.

yeah its diffrent, i eat lots of whole grain foods, drink a lot of water try my best to stay away from soda, my workout has changed yeah, i do a superset back routine, and put in new ab stuff, if i keep it the same i will never shock my body
