Arf! It was either train hard or eat dirt for nothing...so i trained hard and ate dirt anyway! I DIDN'T LIFT A WEIGHT UNTIL FEBRUARY OR MARCH 2007!!! I just danced and did cardio. Aside from demonstrating exercises for clients I simply had no desired to get any bigger. How things change so drastically! lol
Why I Love It:
I love working out for the health benifits. I love how good I feel after...i repeat AFTER a good workout. After cardio I feel like I'm floating around. Endorphins kick ass!
How I Stay Motivated:
My son is almost 4 year old & I HAVE to keep up with him. I "let myself go" for two years after I had him. To my standards anyway. I was a size 0 before I had him. Though NEVER wear THAT size jeans again I just thought that I'd never get my old body back so why try anything. THEN I developed a POST NATAL BODY REJUVINATOR workout program that I tested and it worked. Now I teach women how to be SEXIER than before they ever had kids. In EVERY way I am better than I was before my baby! I'm stronger and more defined and more confident! Who says having kids is the END of sexiness. My Ass! I am so much hotter now...the guys from highschool can't ever BELIEVE I'm the same girl AND I have a child. LOSERS! Too Late now SUCKAS! Watch my tight little body walk on by! ha!
BB Accomplishments:
I finally competed in the NPC South Florida Championships November 24th, 2007! I placed 1st in the Fitness category and 3rd in the Figure category. The judges told me to add 10 lbs of muscle and come back at a naional level and I'd have a great shot at my Pro Card. They said I had the best routine they'd seen in years...nationals included! It was an absolute blast!!!! I'm packing on the muscle now so I'm coming bavk bigger better and BADder!

I was injured Bad knee and a sprained wrist. No working out at all for about a week...then very light for another. Felt like crap. Unfortunately lost a lot of muscle. You live and learn. 115lbs in this pic

I stay because I'm a performer. I SING too! Next video...you tell me if I should move to L.A. !

Goal (Long):
To do the best I possibly can in a Fitness competition and I am GETTING that PRO CARD! To train my body to be the stronest and healthiest it can. TO PROVE MY STRENGTH...MENTALLY AND PHYSICALLY...TO MYSELF. Work up the nerve to pursue a career in singing.

Hey! So I never got to make it to your gym, Im Westside in the ER and my schedule is too crazy. But I want to talk business, Im going to try a comp this fall and I would like some pointers.
