Actually, I got started about 7 years ago in 2000, when I was at high school. That was by an encouragement of a friend of mine. I worked out very hard during 2 years. During the 3rd year I couldn't work out well, so my routine was in a casual manner. After that year, I joined the University. I worked out only during the 1st semester then I stopped playing bodybuilding.
After 3 years, I got bored of not being working out in that period.
Now, I'm back again. Even the routine is still done in a casual manner, but it is better than not being working out at all.
Why I Love It:
Because I love it, lol.
I love the way my body changes. Doing it make me feel good, relieve me of the excess stress, give me more self-esteem and increase my self-confidence.
How I Stay Motivated:
The feeling that emanates from muscles, due to the contraction. Seeing the results...
Looking at the Pros, Figures, Fitness, ... etc pics.
Reading any fitness-related articles.
BB Accomplishments:
In 2002, I reached 198 lbs.
In 2006, in the summer, I dropped it to 130 lbs.
In 2007, I raised it to 155 lbs.

This pic was taken when I re-started working out in 2006. My biceps were bigger than now.
Getting ripped and shredded while at 160 (lbs) and 8 BF%, getting my six-pack very noticeable and obvious. I don't wanna be very huge, all what I want is a consistent body and a ripped one.
Keeping the short-term along with the long-term goals in mind will make people who are in fitness more focused. It helps in keeping track your progress by comparing your current results and accomplishments with your desired goals. Short-term goals will motivate you to work as hard as...
Well thank you! And very good to hear that lowering the bf % is going well, you got it with the cycling...I carb cycled for 12 weeks and went from about 22% down to 8%, it works!
