I came across the very first edition of Oxygen back in 1998 and fell in love with fitness. I have struggled with my weight since I was a kid. I was called horrible names all throughout school and grew up very insecure. I have always tried to get the weight off but it has been an off and on struggle.
I have "dieted" with no real long term results..I am at a point in my life where I feel like now is the time.
I have my good and bad days but I am starting to turn most into good. I just need to stay focused!
Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel..inside and out :o)
How I Stay Motivated:
Oxygen Magazine..Other transformations..Seeing and feeling my body change..my friends and family :o)
BB Accomplishments:
#1 Passed my Fitness Trainer exam! - DONE
#2 Posted my awful BEFORE pics - DONE
#3 Get down to the 130's for longer than a month!

I have averaged 160 my entire life. This was in 07' at my heaviest ~178!
In the next few months, I want to be a BB.com weekly feature AND get hired to work at the 2008 Olympia Weekend!

Goal (Long):
Be on the cover of Oxygen..a BB.com weekly feature..become a figure competitor..get my masters..Inspire others to reach their goals..not too much to ask?!?!
I am also working on strengthening my back and core muscles to fix my posture. I have forward posture syndrome and I would like it to be less noticeable :o)
HEY what's up?! I think the hydroxycut worked, but lately it's been making me not feel so good. I'm going to get some liquid thermogenic like the Redline and see if that does anything, along with liquid CLA and liquid L-Carnitine. When I get em I'm kickin it up a notch fo shizzle. HOW are you?!?!
Keep going girl. You are doing great. It tokk me a year and a half to lose 70 lbs. Well worth it. I have put some back on but mostly in muscle. I am about to try to lean out and get ripped up. Have a great day. ttyl
Well, that's awesome. I went camping and didn't work out, other than hiking and such. But I gained a few pounds, just because there is nothing else to do while camping except eat.
