I followed a friend to the gym because it was cost free... had no intension to continue .. but here I am 10 years later still at the gym ;-)
Why I Love It:
It simpley makes me feel SO good both inside and outside!
I am also my own coach and do all my dieting- and workoutregimes my selv.... which is one of my big challenges I just love to develope and contstantly improve :-)
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding early became an interesting and pleasurable part of my life along with healthy food. I stay motivated my taking a few weeks off when I feel it's necessary....and do other types of workouts or just rest my body & mind.
BB Accomplishments:
First time I competed was at the Swedish Nationals 2007, in Fitness.
The year after I did my Body Fitness-debut in Karlstad September 2008.
December 2009 I won silver in Body Fitness at Luciapokalen...
