I followed a friend to the gym because it was cost free... had no intension to continue .. but here I am 10 years later still at the gym ;-)
Why I Love It:
It simpley makes me feel SO good!
How I Stay Motivated:
It early became an interesting and pleasurable part of my life. I stay motivated my taking a few weeks off when I feel it's necessary.
BB Accomplishments:
Competed at the Swedish Nationals 2007, in Fitness, and did my own fitness-routine without any experience. (My first competition).
Recent competetition; My Body Fitness-debut in Karlstad September 2008.

Description: I shoot a small videoclip of todays (Sunday morning) leg workout at the gym. :-) Some squat (no ass to da grass)and lunges i the Smith-machine.
Just enjoying the lovely and sunny weather theese days, have been "off-diet" for about 2 days (including some marzipan eggs), but I'm back on track again now. And of course I kept on doing some various workout like bicycling, running, powerwalk, Inlines and da gym. All this is so...
