Did my very first 10 km run today! Kind of proud of my li'l personal milestone :D

Background
I followed a friend to the gym because it was cost free... had no intension to continue .. but here I am 10 years later still at the gym ;-)
It simpley makes me feel SO good both inside and outside! I have always been my own coach and do all my dieting- and workout regimes by my selv.... a challenge, but also a great way to learn everything you need to know. :-)

Day 1: Legs & calfes
Day 2: Shoulders & abs
Day 3: Chest & Triceps
Day 4: Back and biceps
I do pyramidset, dropset and superset.
In periods I progressively try to lift heavyer with few reps alternated with periods where I do lighter weights and more reps.
I also do conditioning training 2-4 times per week where i powerwalk, play squash or participate in a a step- or aerobic workout. I always walk or bicycle wherever I go.
