HOW I STARTED:

I followed a friend to the gym because it was cost free... had no intension to continue .. but here I am 10 years later still at the gym ;-)

WHY I LOVE IT:

It simpley makes me feel SO good both inside and outside! I have always been my own coach and do all my dieting- and workout regimes by my selv.... a challenge, but also a great way to learn everything you need to know. :-)

My Workout Program

4 gym workouts per week 2009

Day 1: Legs & calfes
Day 2: Shoulders & abs
Day 3: Chest & Triceps
Day 4: Back and biceps


I do pyramidset, dropset and superset.

In periods I progressively try to lift heavyer with few reps alternated with periods where I do lighter weights and more reps.

I also do conditioning training 2-4 times per week where i powerwalk, play squash or participate in a a step- or aerobic workout. I always walk or bicycle wherever I go.

Bodybuilding early became an interesting and pleasurable part of my life along with healthy food. I stay motivated by taking a few weeks off when I feel it's necessary....and do other types of workouts or just rest my body & mind.

My dream came true: Top Methanol dragracing thrillride

I of course do other stuff in life than just dieting & workouts at the gym - last weekend I and my boyfriend spent our weekend at Veidec dragracing Festival here in Sweden - and I finally got the chanse to fulfil one of my dreams - to experience the ride of my life!

Enjoying Easter holidays "off-diet"

Just enjoying the lovely and sunny weather theese days, have been "off-diet" for about 2 days (including some marzipan eggs), but I'm back on track again now. And of course I kept on doing some various workout like bicycling, running, powerwalk, Inlines and da gym. All this is so much easier when the sun shines :-) Todays pic of a tiny lilac spring flower I got from my love when we went for a walk in the woods:
