How I Started:
I have become interested in competing in fitness competitions. I have been involved with sports all my life, and now since working at a gym, I have really become interested. I have been to a few competitions, and it is really something I could picture myself doing! Its sad when you can say that you love working out!
Why I Love It:
I just find it relaxing, and the benefits and results that you get from it are amazing! Being an overweight youth, and realizing this is how I didn't want to live my life, def put my mind into perspective, and I realized I needed to make a change! Now being in decent shape, I realize I can only get better!
How I Stay Motivated:
Being around close friends that are involved in body building or have competed before, its an inspiration. And all the help and support they are willing to give me, I couldn't ask for anything better!
BB Accomplishments:
Being a beginner fitness competitor, I just want to exceed and excel in what I want to do. All the pointers and tips I can get from people will be the best! I would like to do my first competition July 10'
