How I Started:
My husband is a Canadian Champion Bo and competing in Bodybuilder up to the World level placing 7th in the world. I used to workout before but had no idea what I was doing. Also there were lots of girls at our gym that competed and I wanted to too then, I'm a bit competitive ;)
Why I Love It:
You can do what you want with your body - it is totally in your control
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at and reading about others doing well in the industry or just even see people having good gains in the gym :)
BB Accomplishments:
placing 3rd at nov 1st 2008 at level on in Ottawa in a class of 15 girls, super tough competition! Also placed 2nd in the SAF model search in the figure model category with 17 in that category.
