How I Started:
I was always interested fitness and became a kinesiology major my sophomore year of college. My boyfriend at the time started training for bodybuilding competitions early 2007. After seeing his diet and time spent in the gym, I decided to start training with him.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE RESULTS! I love transforming my body into exactly what I want it to be, as a sculptor molds his clay. I love the feeling of being in the gym and the camaraderie of the other fitness gurus. I also love the atmosphere of the shows and the people I get to meet there
