How I Started: I'm using today 5/10/08 as my starting date. I have been working out for awhile, but I am going to be more serious.
Why I Love It: I love the feeling I get, the confidence. It affects ALL of my life and health.

I commited myself by paying to join Jillian Michael's website. That's huge to me.

Also, my hubby is a wrestler. I want to look good enough to be his vallet :-)

Goal (Short): I want to look good. Not just good for having 3 kids!
Goal (Long): My goal weight is 110lbs. I'm 4'11 so that is a healthy weight. I don't want it to be flabby, though. I love the body of Jillian Michaels and Trish Stratus.

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Not really a certain workout. I guess my favorite upper-body workout would have to be Beachbody Power 90 and Kathy Smith, Lifting Weights to Lose Weight

Today I start "Jillian Michaels school of Fitness".  It's a group of people on her site following a curriculum.  I'm really hoping I can lose my last 33lbs with this plan.  I just thought since today was day 1, I would post the info here... and the assignments as well :-)

nope, I eat the yolks too. Sometimes I only eat 1/2 of them though, depending if I am contest dieting.
