I have always worked out/ weight trained. I played college sports and that always kept me active and when I was no longer able to play I decided to take weight training more seriously and began looking at it in a more competitive light.
Why I Love It:
I love the way that it makes you feel. Every time I lift, spin, run stairs, etc... I feel accomplished. It gives me a pump that I cant find anywhere else.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated watching my clients. Seeing their eyes light up every time they get results or move up on the weight stack it gives me a rush. It reminds me how exciting it is to see the changes.
I am training to prepare for Monica Brant's FEM Camp in September and then hopefully eventually compete in a Figure competition. For most competitors at my height they are in the 140's. I would like to Drop down from 160 to 145. So, ultimately I would like to decrease my body fat percentage and add more muscle mass. I mostly need upper body development because it lags behind my lower body.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
There are many people that I look up to and admire their accomplishments. I hope to one day achieve close to what they have been able to. There are 3 women that always stand out to me... Monica Brant, Jenny Lynn and Jamie Eason. There are many people that I look up to and admire their accomplishments. I hope to one day achieve close to what they have been able to. So my body fat % has dropped a little bit more.. which is great! I was told for the first time in my entire life that my Legs were too small!! That was a complete shock! So the workout plans & diet will be changing here this week... I'll be incorporating more leg work again and trying to...
Thank you Meagan! You're lookin incredible as well! You've got a great physique! Can tell you work hard...being a PT got to practice what you preach right?!
