How I Started:
Well i have always been into fitness,then i had a blessing and i put on loads of weight of was becoming unhappy so i decided to make a change.
Why I Love It:
The real reason i love the way it makes me feel and the acomplishments that i am making, each time i train i work even harder than before putting in every effort knowing what i am going to gain. MY DREAM BODY!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by saying to myself, " i can do all things thru Christ which strenghens me",by thinking how my life was before i started training and how unhappy i was i never want to go back there, the only way for me is forward, fit and strong.
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishment so far is losing
40lbs and still counting...WATCH THIS SPACE.....

Goal (Long):
I have got my goal set on competing in my first ever Figure Show here in England in September 2008, at the moment i weigh 200lbs i would like to get down to 140lbs so that would mean losing 8-10lbs a month. I have always dreamt of becoming a Bodybuilder until i discovered FIGURE. I was overweight as a child and at this stage in my life i want to achieve something be dedicated and strong to reach my goal. I know that i can do all things thru christ who strengthens me.

Thanks for tha add. U stay focused and train hard. Remember though muscle will help you burn the fat you are trying to loose. Lift those weights and train in 65-70% hrt zone. Do not be afraid to lift.

How exciting! You can REALLY tell the progress! Your Feb. comment is awesome, I'm gonna think like that. How's it going with the fat shedding? I'd love any tips you found working for you. I'm mainly trying to eat no more than 20% fat, 40% carbs and at least 40% protein. Using CalorieKing.com to monitor calories for a diet. fun fun not :D
