45ANDFABULOUS Girl we gotta take care of our knees, my doctor gave me a rehab program, which is working well. Im hoping to ease back into full body workouts come June hopefully. Im finally able to do upper body stuff, with light weights. My goal is to heal and do light weights to the end of the year making my weaknesses strengths and come 2013 going into heavier weights, Im thinking of doing a comp next year. hibbler22 Oh okay. Yes I run, and I love it. I did two races a 5k (3.1 Miles) and a half-marathon (13.1 Miles). I havent really followed a training schedule for it.
