MegFit01 Well then make sure to check in at the 6 week mark! lol I'm only on week two of my program! Nutrition is definitely the hardest part, but once you really dedicate yourself to it, it gets so much easier. After only a week of eating all clean foods and every 2-3 hours, I can already feel a difference in my mood and making the right choices gets easier and easier:) Just need the motivation:) I'm interested in your progress!!
