How I Started:
I was sick and tired of what I saw in the mirror. Two years had passed since the birth of my second son, I was still 15 lbs over my prepregnancy weight and I absolutely hated the way my flabby stomach looked. I was lacking confidence and realized that I needed to get in shape for me.
Well, I didn't find the time to take my 30 day pics so I guess that takes me out of the running. I've been so busy as a single mom, graduate student, going through a divorce, working, trying to find time to workout, the kids and I getting sick, etc. I took about a week off...
It must be crazy, I have no idea what it's like but I do know you have to keep on keepin on :) and I think you are doing a great job at that. You have SO much on your plate at the moment. Superwoman didn't develop in a day ;)
you are making progress it looks like to me..keep at it and try the supplement i sent you in your blog..dont get discouraged by pains here and there unless they become totally unbearable
saw your blog....as for a joint supplement I have a few suggestions: Aminal Flex (if you don't mind 8 pills), Glucosamine/ Chondroitin/MSM supplement, Fish Oils, and/or Cissus Quadrangularis. These 4 suggestions (only need 1 or 2 if you add fish oils) are a great help to achy joints and tendons. If you have anymore questions let me know.
I'd love to be friends, of course! Thank you for the great feedback on my video, I really appreciate it, and especially since you find it inspirational. Thank you. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help you on your journey.

Hey Fit_Mamma, hope your having a great weekend. I haven't forgot about sharing those cardio exercises. I haven't had a real free moment to do it, but I will soon.
Thanks for the add! I share the same feeling of wanting to be a better parent and having more energy for the kids! I'm hoping for a bike ride tonight with #1 son, he's an action packed 5.5 year old! Energy R Us, that should be a parent supplement! Good luck with yours! :)
My wife likes it a lot. She said she couldn't do the same cardio day in and day out, so it's a good thing this program is changing from day to day. Last night we were suppose to do our yoga program, but we did a bonus cardio program instead. It was great. Each workout was 60 seconds long and every 20 seconds you picked up the tempo. I'll PM you info later.
