How I Started:
I have always been active and played a lot of sports, I worked out and did a lot of long distance running. But a couple of years ago, I decided I needed to loose some weight but when I did, I discovered that I had no muscle and was still flabby - skinny fat. I didn't realize that all of that cardio and not eating enough have kept me fat.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me healthy and strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
How I Stay Motivated: By looking at the gains made by other people on here. Knowing that there is always something to improve on, I will never be satisfied. Looking at my BEFORE photos to remind me that I don't want to look like that again.
BB Accomplishments:
2008 Washington State Ironman - Women's Novice 3rd place 2007 Washington State INBF Championships. Figure - 3rd place.

Before I starting lifing, I was at my heaviest at this time. Finished the 3.5 mile run in 30 minutes. Not bad for me!

Defining my goals further. 

I wish I could get a more accurate measure of my bodyfat.  Caliper test comes out to 16.9 and the scale says 19.3.  So, I am going to use the caliper numbers even though I think that my bf is higher only because I know that the results will be consistent. ...
