I just finished my competition season on June 21 by finishing 4th at the NPC Junior National Fitness Championships. I am welcoming the break after 3 competitions in an 8 week period! I am taking it easy this week as I ease into off-season. My biggest concern is controlling...
Hi Alissa! I was wondering if you could read my latest blog. Our church is very small and in need of funds for charitable work overseas; if you could help in any way it would be so apppreciated.
Thanks for the link! I was in FCAA in middle school, but slipped away over the years. I just got baptized 2&1/2 weeks ago though, living my life for a whole new reason and finding it to be an incredible adventure!:)
Ahhh Those judges were probably Cowboy fans. They wouldn't know a good thing if it hit em. Glad to hear that you are cleaning house now. First at Jr. USA and fourth at Nationals is a big thing. Sounds to me like you are working your way up to be numeral uno.
Hey Alissa cheers for accepting, you’re looking amazing in your pics; your hard works paid off, hope you keep up the great work. Good luck continuing to reach all your future goals, happy training :O)
Congrats on your placings at jr usas and jr nats - you looked beautiful! You are tall like me so I have always aspired to your physique!! Have a happy and healthy off season!
Hey there…thanks for the update. I’m actually about 2 hours from Chicago and was just there for a bachelor party…it was pretty crazy and I kind of got off my diet. I’m training for a 5K run on August 23rd so that’s my main focus…besides that my 3 softball games a week and weight training are plenty. Good luck and please stay in touch. You have a big fan in IL!! :o) -Lorenzo
Hey Alissa...thanks so much for the add. You look amazing by the way. Very nice to see what you can accomplish through hard work. Congrats on your success you are on a roll now. How's your training going so far for your current contest? -Lorenzo
Your progress shots are awesome. You have very nice muscle definition and semetry. My favorite part of your site was the quote under your signature. I am also curious about the body by God book you listed. Attempting to add you as a friend as we speak :)
I was born and raised in PA too, the Steel City. Most importantly though, I'm nodding my head in approval of this die hard Steeler fandom you speak of. Check out this link if you want to see some old school clips of Jack Lambert knocking some little men around, well at least compared to him. It may just put a smile on your face. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v =CMNetYOTQrA
