I am trying to follow a program and see how it goes.

I take a protien shake after working out. I have three kinds at my house. the GNC Whey  mixture in Vanille and gold standard in Vanilla and cookies and cream.

I also take a BCAA pill after i finish working out. In the morning i take a multi-vit and and at night i take a reduction pm and 2 CLA pills. I have only been doing it for less than a week. Give me 30 days. I do know that the reduction pill does help me fall into a deep sleep with interesting dreams. So far i have dropped 1% in body fat and 3 lbs.

FitZeta1920 created a new BodyBlog entry "Tough Times, Great Times".

So though i haven't lost weight, i haven't gained weight. BF is creepign up, but i'll get to it. I haven't been feelign top notch over the past few weeks, and I know I haven't been eating right either. I plan on getting back to habit in Jan. Going food shopping tonight for items to help plan better meals. luvspellcpl i use the holidays to fuel up for energy for the gym,so if i eat bad and i do i can work it off. you just keep up the good work and try not to be distracted and stay focussed and consitant and you will reach your goals. Jan 14, 2013 4:21pm
