I am trying to follow a program and see how it goes.
I take a protien shake after working out. I have three kinds at my house. the GNC Whey mixture in Vanille and gold standard in Vanilla and cookies and cream.
I also take a BCAA pill after i finish working out. In the morning i take a multi-vit and and at night i take a reduction pm and 2 CLA pills. I have only been doing it for less than a week. Give me 30 days. I do know that the reduction pill does help me fall into a deep sleep with interesting dreams. So far i have dropped 1% in body fat and 3 lbs.
So though i haven't lost weight, i haven't gained weight. BF is creepign up, but i'll get to it. I haven't been feelign top notch over the past few weeks, and I know I haven't been eating right either. I plan on getting back to habit in Jan. Going food shopping tonight for items to help plan better meals. I also joined Tribe sports, and they have onlie challenges that you can do and create. i have created two and started a group at work called the Get Right, Get Tight Team. ladies who have...
