Workout Program:
day 1: Pec Complex / Serratus

Day 2: Back Complex

Day 3: Triceps / Biceps / Anterior & Mid & Post Delt

Day 4: PLYOMETRICS (at home 15 minutes 6 sets)

Day 5: Glutes / Quads / Abductors

Day 6: Thoracic / Hamstrings / Spine Errectors / Adductors


(REPEAT) * All exercises to failure. 1 OFF day. I eat very healthy so I am always well healed.

*EVERY OTHER DAY:
calves / Abs / Obliques / core / Cardio / Rotator Cuff Rehab. (A.M. training)

My Delts, forearms and traps are naturally BIG so I don't work em out individually because they are used in my exercises anyways :)
