How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
depends, Fast twitch (5-9) Slow twitch (12-14)

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
45 seconds (not enough rest? why? the point is to fatigue your muscles to failure not let them recover between sets lol)

less rest the more growth hormones you release ( MORE TEST. )
